A securing element (102) is disposed at a distal end of the tubular housing (101) and a sealing element (110) is disposed within or around the securing element (102). An activator (113) is configured to activate automatic movement of the piercing element (106) to and/or from the sampling and/or injecting area (103) after attachment of the securing element (102) to the sampling and/or injecting area (103). A mechanical resistor (114), controlling the automatic movement of the piercing element (106), is mechanically or pneumatically operably connected to the activator (113).
