The second blade roll unit (120) includes a second slewing mechanism (121) coupled to the first rotate lever (130) and a second blade roll (122) formed by pulling a segment of the first blade roll (112) to the second slewing mechanism (121) and winding the segment of the first blade roll (112) upon the second slewing mechanism (121). A rotation of the first rotate lever (130) in a first direction is capable of pulling the segment of first blade roll (112) to the second slewing mechanism (121).
