The electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing, a hinge structure connected to the first housing and the second housing, a flexible display disposed from the first housing across the hinge structure to the second housing, at least one first magnetic member disposed on the first housing, and at least one second magnetic member disposed at a position on the second housing corresponding to a position of the first magnetic member. Each of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member includes at least one vertical magnet component perpendicular to the flexible display and at least one horizontal magnet component parallel to the flexible display. The at least one vertical magnet component is longer than the at least one horizontal magnet component.
