The color conversion part may include an insulating structure layer, a first partition wall structure layer, and a first wavelength conversion portion, the first partition wall structure layer may include first walls, and may be disposed between the insulating structure layer and the display element part, the first wavelength conversion portion may be disposed in a space defined by the first walls, and the first partition wall structure layer may include a silicon-based material.
