A plurality of reinforcement members are positioned between the outer shell and the inner shell within the primary cavity. A cover assembly is coupled with the outer shell and includes a first portion hingedly coupled with a second portion. Each of the first and second portions is configured to be rotatable about an axis from a closed position to an open position.
