The wind collecting section has a pair of left and right side wall portions, and an upper wall portion bridged between the pair of side wall portions. A plurality of support columns are arranged to penetrate the upper wall portion. The upper end portion of each support column and the upper wall portion are connected to each other by cables, and upper wall portion is suspended by the cables.
