The stator includes a cylindrical stator core that includes an inner peripheral side with a slot, a first insulator and a second insulator installed on respective both end surfaces of the stator core, and a coil wound around the slot of the stator core via the first insulator and the second insulator. The rotor is rotatable with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a rotor core and a rotation shaft. The first insulator overlaps with the second insulator in the slot in an axial direction of the stator core.
