In the first state, the collet receives a cartridge with a predetermined elongate shape. In the second state, an inner surface of the collet substantially conforms to the predetermined elongate shape of the cartridge such that expansion of the cartridge, when the cartridge is pressurized, is substantially uniformly opposed.
