A universal serial bus (USB) connector includes a case, an insulation tongue, a first row of electric coupling pins mounted to top surface of the installation tongue, and a second row of electric coupling pins mounted to bottom surface of the insulation tongue. Each row of electric coupling pins are spaced in a horizontal direction of the insulation tongue. The electric coupling pins mounted on the top surface of the insulation tongue and the electric coupling pins mounted on the bottom surface of the insulation tongue are reversely and symmetrically arranged by type. The insulation tongue is movable along a vertical direction by deforming the electric coupling pins. The insulation tongue is movable along a vertical direction by deforming the electric coupling pins. An electronic device includes a main body and the USB connector installed to the main body.
