Two transistor switches are series-connected between the third and fourth terminals, with their junction point connected to the first terminal. Two controllable rectifying elements are series-connected between the third and fourth terminals, with their junction point connected to the first terminal or to the second terminal. The two controllable rectifying elements are phase-angle controlled.
