The element is partially embedded in the first material and has a front surface (6) that forms part of the surface of the post. The element is designed so that a waist (w1, w2) is formed between the front and rear portions. The front portion is tapering towards the waist and at least a part of the rear portion has a width larger than the width of the waist.
