The inner member includes an extended portion and a distal end surface on an edge portion of the extended portion. A projection portion on the distal end surface protrudes toward a first side. The projection portion is arranged at a predetermined position on the inner member in the longitudinal direction, and is heated and melted through current concentration during resistance welding, and the distal end surface and a facing portion of the folded portion are pressure-bonded.
