An advanced super dimension switch (ADS) liquid crystal display device, a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, a first polarizing sheet attached onto the first substrate, and a second polarizing sheet attached onto the second substrate; the ADS liquid crystal display device further comprises a graphene film, and the graphene film is provided within the second polarizing sheet.
