Sensors are connected to input terminals of the first TFTs. Second TFTs include input terminals that are connected to respective sensors and control terminals that are connected to second scan lines. Output terminals of second TFTs whose input terminals are connected to a plural number of the sensors, which sensors are adjacent in a first direction and a second direction, are connected to the same signal line. A plural number of the second scan lines that are provided with driving signals that are identical or the same are electrically connected to one another by a redundant line.
