A muscle activity training facility includes a monitor electrically connecting to a processing device and having a screen, the screen includes two areas, and two figures in one of the areas for indicating the standard operations of the muscle groups in front and rear portions of the user, and two further figures in the other area for indicating the muscle groups in the front and the rear portions of the user, a carrier is attached to the user, and a number of electrodes are attached to the carrier and electrically coupled to the processing device for detecting the activities of the muscle groups and for showing the detected activities of the muscle groups of the user in the other figures in the other area of the screen.
