The photosensitive planographic printing plate precursor, includes: an image recording layer on a hydrophilic support, the image recording layer including: (A) an infrared absorber; and (B) a copolymer having a repeating unit having a zwitterionic structure in a side chain thereof, and a repeating unit having a heteroalicyclic structure or a repeating unit having a hetero atom and an alicyclic structure in the main chain thereof.
