An adhesive composition for slide rail exhibits excellent workability in attaching a slide rail to a vehicle body and has a strong adhesive force after heating, the magnetic force of which can be lowered, which sustains the strong adhesive force after heating and then returning to room temperature so as to allow the firm fixation of the slide rail to the vehicle body, and which can lower the volume of the noise caused by opening/closing of a door. Specifically disclosed is an adhesive composition for slide rail which includes a hot-melt adhesive and a ferromagnetic substance, wherein the composition shows a density at 20° C. of 1.4-4.5 g/cm3 and has such magnetic properties that the magnetic force of an adhesive sheet, that is obtained by molding the composition, at a position 1 cm apart from the surface of the adhesive sheet is 10 mT or more.
