Each of the plurality of axial fans has a rotation axis extending perpendicularly or substantially perpendicularly to the mounting surface. At least one of the plurality of axial fans is arranged to rotate in a first rotation direction to introduce air into the case or discharge air out of the case, while the other of the plurality of axial fans are arranged to rotate in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction to cause a flow of air in the same direction in which the at least one axial fan is arranged to cause a flow of air. Thus, a reduction in noise is achieved.
