The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus ensures efficient diagnosis of the overall diagnosis target without excessive compression of the diagnosis target causing examinee discomfort, and can support the diagnosis target so as to maintain the shape of the diagnosis target, thereby ensuring the provision of a constant quality of ultrasonic images upon repetitious diagnosis of the diagnosis target while improving reproducibility of diagnosis results.
