A first air-bubble atomizer B is disposed on the liquid feeding pipeline P on the downstream side of the air bubble liquid producing means relative to the liquid feeding direction for atomizing the air bubbles contained in the air-mixed liquid produced by the air bubble liquid producing means A. A second air-bubble atomizer F is disposed on the liquid feeding pipeline P on the downstream side of the first air-bubble atomizer B relative to the liquid feeding direction for further atomizing the air bubbles atomized by the first air-bubble atomizer B.
