The inclined tube and the horizontal tube are engaged on a central line of the horizontal tube so that an eccentric torque is not produced during force distribution. An arc profile and a flat profile on a sidewall of the positioning plate are alternatively arranged so that the tubes are respectively adjustable and taking force equally, such that the supporting apparatus is strong and stable
