A cam mechanism is coupled to the movable member and selectively maintains the movable member at the connecting position or at the ejecting position. A first engaging member is held by the movable member and is rotatable in a rotating direction. The first engaging member has a locking portion to be engaged with the locked portion in the predetermined direction when the first engaging member is located at a predetermined angular position. A braking device is coupled with the first engaging member to brake the first engaging member in the rotating direction.
