The food processing device has a working surface and a pair of sidewalls, each sidewall containing a plurality of vertically oriented recesses in an bottom edge thereof. The recesses are positioned to engage a food utensils, such as a bowl, so that the processed foods are deposited in the bowl. A holder for the foods has a movable wall to apply even pressure to the food during processing.
