The present method includes imparting rotation to the rotating element without interrupting the use of the spinner toy by a user by means of mechanically converting the reciprocating motion of the pusher of the means of rotation in the form of a ball bearing and screw converter into unidirectional rotational motion without slowing the rotating element.
