Method for positioning includes transmitting a UECapabilityInformation, transmitting a provideCapabilities, receiving a ProvideAssistanceData, receiving a RRCRelease and transmitting a positioning SRS in RRC_INACTIVE state. The RRCRelease includes a first information and a second information, the first information is related to a configuration of SRS in RRC_INACTIVE and the second information is related to a BWP.
