The heat exchange system includes: a first heat exchange unit disposed in a to-be-cooled area of the motor for heat exchange, the first heat exchange unit including a plurality of first heat exchange branches connected in parallel; a second heat exchange unit disposed outside the motor, and being connected to the first heat exchange unit through a pipeline assembly to form a closed heat exchange loop. Each first heat exchange branch is connected with a first heat exchanger, a first valve group, and a first pressure information component, and the opening and closing of the first valve group is controlled according to the first pressure information of the first pressure information component.
