The display backplane includes: a substrate defining a transparent display area and a normal display area; a first insulating layer disposed on a side of the substrate and having a plurality of openings; an emitting layer disposed in the openings; and a first electrode disposed on a remote side of the emitting layer from the substrate and including a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer which are stacked, wherein an orthographic projection of the emitting layer on the substrate is within an orthographic projection of the second sub-layer on the substrate, and the sub-layer is patterned in the transparent display area.
