The processing portion outputs, to the pump, an instruction signal for oil supply when it is determined that operation of the pump is appropriate and that the rotational state of the bearing portion is not appropriate, and re-determines, after the lapse of a predetermined time, whether or not the rotational state of the bearing portion is appropriate.
