The outer periphery pressing piece has a cutout extending along the axis without reaching a high-pressure-side edge of the outer periphery pressing piece, and the inner periphery pressing piece has a cutout extending along the axis without reaching a high-pressure-side edge of the inner periphery pressing piece.
