A server control method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, from at least one network hub, communication state information on at least one electronic device connected to the at least one network hub; determining, on the basis of the received communication state information, another network hub for a connection of a first electronic device connected to the network hub on which an abnormal operation of a certain network hub is sensed, if the abnormal operation is sensed; and transmitting a request for a connection of the first electronic device to the determined other network hub.
