A child feeding system includes a spout pouch having a spout and a pouch formed integrally with the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child, and a holder having a top and a body, the top having an opening configured to laterally receive and removably secure the spout to the holder when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, the opening partially surrounding the spout, and the body having an interior area configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch.
