A linkage is coupled with the frame and a tool mount coupled with the linkage. A suspension element accommodates movement of the tool mount in response to external force. An actuator system is structured to move the tool mount through translation and/or rotation. An edging tool assembly is coupled with the tool mount and includes a ground working implement.
