The method may include detecting angular velocity data of a turning of the VR glasses through a gyroscope sensor and detecting turning direction data of the VR glasses through a compass sensor when a user wears the VR glasses to watch video; acquiring, by a mobile terminal, the angular velocity data and the turning direction data, judging a change of the turning direction of the VR glasses using the turning direction data, controlling a change of a volume level according to the change of the turning direction, and accordingly adjusting an audio output of the mobile terminal, including volumes of left and right sound channels.
