Abstract:
一种设立漂浮平台的方法，包括在平台的机身上安放浮筒。在机身上安装张拉装置，每一个张拉装置都用绳索连接着浮筒之一。在浮筒安放在机身上时，操作者将机身拖曳至向下压载的场地。当给机身压载时，操作者从张拉装置输出绳索，并保持一个选定的拉力。在机身向水下沉降时，浮筒漂浮在水面上来保持压载过程的稳定。当机身压载到预定的深度后，即从绳索上解除浮筒。
