A method for executing flow in comprehensive telecommunication platform includes loading flow execution module into flow dynamic connection library according to set flow parameter, setting up relevant flow data structure copy by using flow execution module to call flow setting-up function as per set resource channel number, activating said copy to be flow through event information, utilizing activated flow to call relevant flow operation function for processing event packet from resource channel bound with activated flow. The execution system used for realizing said method is also disclosed.
