Abstract:
当判断包含了蓄电池和负载连接的构成的系统中蓄电池的恶化状态时，将判断蓄电池的恶化状态的温度作为基准温度预先设定，将实测的蓄电池内部电阻成分变换为基准温度下的值，将此值变换为基准温度下的蓄电池放电时的端子间电压，将此基准温度下的蓄电池放电时的端子间电压和恶化判断阀值相比较，判断蓄电池的恶化状态。
