Abstract:
本发明提供弹力加强，刺入并拔出针之后容器内的液体也不泄漏的针刺止塞及其制造方法。为了消除作为将针刺入容器(2)内的部分的热塑性合成树脂弹性体所形成的针刺部分(11)内部的应力，而在80～120℃的热空气进行热处理，再将热处理后的针刺部分(11)插入注射模塑成形金属模(20、21)，并将熔化的热塑性合成树脂注入由注射模塑金属模(20、21)与针刺部分(11)构成的止塞本体(10)的模腔(26)，以成形针刺止塞(5)。
