Abstract:
一种半导体激光器的控制方法和半导体激光控制装置,能利用前馈控制,从续写记录开始之后,立即就把半导体激光器的记录功率高速地调整控制在目标功率值上,并且在数据记录期间内,通过连续进行反馈控制,即使记录动作的时间变长,利用半导体激光器的温度特性来设置目标功率值的电流值发生变化,也能长时间稳定地把半导体激光器的记录功率控制维持在目标记录功率值上。
