Abstract:
本发明建议能在通过把电源电压施加在输出晶体管的集电极与发射极之间和半导体激光器的串联电路上来控制半导体激光器功率的半导体激光器的激光功率的控制方法中能减少输出晶体管中的电功率消耗的方法。本发明通过把可变电源电压加在输出晶体管(Qb)和半导体激光器(SL)的串联电路上，控制可变电源电压(Vcc)，以使该可变电源电压(Vcc)与半导体激光器(SL)的工作电压的峰值保持电路电压的差大致变成一定。
