Abstract:
谷物脱壳装置包括一对互相平行又有间隙的辊(7、8)和一位于该辊上方的斜放的滑槽(13;33)。滑槽使谷粒下滑到两辊中间。这两辊(7、8)转向相反能卡住它们中间的谷粒脱壳。滑槽及辊的相对位置是,滑槽导向面(13a)基本上垂直于两回转轴中心的连线(R),且导向面(13a)的延长线(S)在第一、第二辊(7、8)间隙中点(M)两侧±10mm范围内穿过。能完成可靠的脱壳且无碎粒。
