The adsorbent includes a matrix, powdered activated carbon, a solvent and a soluble microparticle filling material; the powdered activated carbon is mixed in the matrix and adsorbs toxic substances; the solvent is mixed in the matrix and mixed with the powdered activated carbon in the matrix; and the soluble microparticle filling material consists of multiple microparticles mixed with the solvent in the matrix and adhering to the powdered activated carbon, and can be extracted and removed from the hardened matrix, so that pores formed by bubble-shaped holes can be provided for the matrix. The pores can be provided for the outer peripheral face of the activated carbon through the microparticle filling material.
