The invention discloses an oil surface temperature controller verification system and method for a transformer based on an intelligent temperature field. An oil surface temperature controller can be detected and calibrated conveniently, reliably and effectively; and maintaining efficiency of the oil surface temperature controller and unnecessary power down are improved effectively. The system comprises an intelligent temperature field assembly, a temperature switch inputting interface, a 4-20 mA inputting interface and a Pt100 inputting interface which are electrically connected with a temperature switch outputting interface, a 4-20 mA outputting interface and a Pt100 outputting interface are separately arranged on a front panel of the intelligent temperature field assembly; a standard thermometer inputting interface which is electrically connected with a standard thermometer is further arranged on the front panel of the intelligent temperature field assembly; the intelligent temperature field assembly comprises a master controller; the master controller is electrically connected with the temperature switch inputting interface, the 4-20 mA inputting interface, the Pt100 inputting interface and the standard thermometer inputting interface from the inside of a shell of the intelligent temperature field assembly; and the master controller is in controlled connection with a semiconductor heating and cooling plate and a cooling fan.
