An embodiment of the invention provides a puncture in-vitro model, which comprises a kidney fixing device, a simulated kidney, simulated sebum and an infusion device, wherein the kidney fixing devicehas an accommodating portion; the simulated kidney has a pelvis and a ureter communicated with the pelvis, and the simulated kidney is arranged in the accommodating portion; the simulated sebum is arranged above the simulated kidney; and the infusion device is connected with the ureter for filling water into the pelvis. The in-vitro training model for percutaneous renal puncture has the advantagesof simple structure, low cost and good training effect.
