The premixed concrete has the advantages that artificial sand and fine river sand are used to replace common river sand to produce the C40 lower premixed concrete, the production quality of the premixed concrete is improved, the appearance of the concrete is good, and no yellowing phenomenon is found. The production of premixed concrete has the characteristics of low cement amount, low water/cement ratio, and high sand rate. The using amount of cement is reduced, and the production cost of premixed concrete is effectively reduced. The addition amount of artificial sand and fine river sand is increased to increase the density of concrete.
