Abstract:
当接地故障发生在电力线(1A)的点2处，电力线(1A)一端或两端的断路器(3A、4A)操作到断开其与外电路(22A、23A)的联系。这种断开不会立即消除故障点2处的电流，因此电力线(1A)各端的接地开关(5A、6A)关合而接地。如果流过接地开关(5A、6A)的电流不是零，接地开关(5A、6A)可能被损，故电阻器(9、10、16)串接在接地开关中以衰减各直流分量，监测(11，12)流过接地开关的电流，当电流非零时接地开关不能打开。
