Abstract(English):

The invention relates to a quantitative detection apparatus and method of an immunochromatographic test strip. The immunochromatographic test strip is used for detecting the concentration of a matter to be measured. The quantitative detection apparatus comprises an image shooting unit used for shooting a detection card and the immunochromatographic test strip placed on the detection card to obtain the integral image of the detection card and the immunochromatographic test strip placed on the detection card; an image processing unit used for correcting and segmenting the integral image to obtain the test image of the immunochromatographic test strip; and an analyzing and processing unit used for analyzing the test image to obtain the concentration of the matter to be measured.
