The miniature capillary viscometer comprises a container, an electromagnetic valve and a capillary, wherein the container is used for accommodating an oil sample; the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling flowing of the oil sample; and the capillary is used for detecting the kinematic viscosity of the oil sample. The invention also relates to a testing system for testing the kinematic viscosity of the oil sample and comprising the miniature capillary viscometer, and a testing method for testing the kinematic viscosity of the oil sample.
