本发明提供一种高性能玻璃纤维组合物及其玻璃纤维和复合材料。其中，玻璃纤维组合物各组分的含量以重量百分比表示如下：SiO2为58.5‑61.6％，Al2O3为14.5‑17％，CaO为10.5‑14.5％，MgO为8.3‑10％，SrO为0.2‑1.5％，Li2O为>0.5％且≤1％，Na2O为0.05‑1％，K2O为0.05‑1％，Fe2O3为0.05‑1％，TiO2为0.15‑1.5％，摩尔百分比的比值C1＝Li2O/Al2O3的范围为0.105‑0.22，摩尔百分比的比值C2＝MgO/(CaO+MgO)的范围为0.471‑0.55。该组合物能显著提高玻璃的力学性能，降低玻璃的粘度、析晶风险及气泡数量，更适用于大规模池窑生产。
Abstract(English):

The invention provides a high-performance glass fiber composition, and a glass fiber and a composite material thereof. The glass fiber composition comprises, by weight, 58.5-61.6% of SiO2, 14.5-17% of Al2O3, 10.5-14.5% of CaO, 8.3-10% of MgO, 0.2-1.5% of SrO, 0.5(exclusive)-1(inclusive)% of Li2O, 0.05-1% of Na2O, 0.05-1% of K2O, 0.05-1% of Fe2O3, and 0.15-1.5% of TiO2, the Li2O/Al2O3 molar percentage ratio C1 is 0.105-0.22, and the MgO/(CaO+MgO) molar percentage ratio C2 is 0.471-0.55. The composition substantially improves the mechanical performances of the glass, reduces the viscosity, the crystallization risk and the bubble quantity of the glass, and is suitable for large-scale furnace production.
