An optical nylon non-oriented film and a process for manufacturing same. The process comprises at least the following steps: providing a nylon material; preheating the nylon material to a certain temperature to obtain hot nylon; and performing a longitudinal stretching process on the hot nylon, wherein the stretching ratio of longitudinal stretching process is 1-3.
