The invention provides a lead-coated rope type ground rope for an Antarctic krill trawl. The lead-coated rope type ground rope comprises a lead-coated rope, a nylon woven mesh and stainless steel rings; the lead-coated rope type ground rope is characterized in that the two ends of the lead-coated rope are made into 'lute head' shapes, the lead-coated rope is wrapped with a layer of nylon woven mesh and then sleeved with the stainless steel rings with the inner diameter being higher than 1.5-3 times the outer diameter of the lead-coated rope, the total number of the stainless steel rings is the same as the total number of 8-shaped rings of a trawl foot line, each stainless steel ring is connected with a corresponding lower ring of a corresponding 8-shaped ring of the trawl foot line in a buckled mode, and the 'lute heads' at the two ends of the lead-coated rope are combined with the corresponding 'lute heads' at the two ends of the trawl foot line and then connected with an under cross rope.
